**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Content Developer to join our team at Aditi Consulting. As an Instructional Content Developer, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and interactive training content for our Tax team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials for tax employees, utilizing instructional design techniques and technology.
- Collaborate with tax subject matter experts to create training content.
- Assess and determine training needs and/or knowledge gaps.
- Develop user guides/playbooks, and other training materials based on training needs.
- Assist in determining the best delivery of training: instructor-led, on-demand, or a mix of both.
- Utilize various tools, such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, GlobalMeet, Broadcast, and/or Cornerstone, to create training content.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating organization, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Communicate ideas and concepts effectively in both written and oral formats to a wide range of audiences and situations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 6-8 years of experience in a progressive training or teaching role, including experience in assessing needs, creating instructor-led training, and on-demand/eLearning training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in education, and/or instructional design.
- 6-8 years of experience creating training materials in a corporate environment.
