The Clinical Marketing Specialist will act as a key authority in the Clinical Marketing division of BioPhase. This role requires the application of scientific knowledge and market analysis to pinpoint essential application requirements and market expansion trends, ultimately driving overall market advancement while assisting clients in enhancing their scientific endeavors in clinical and molecular studies.

**Required Molecular Expertise**

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop molecular testing methodologies and workflows tailored for clinical research.
  • Design and implement experiments to support the launch of innovative products.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and leverage data/results for marketing initiatives.
  • Produce technical documents, application notes, articles, and promotional materials.
  • Deliver presentations on methodologies and workflows at industry conferences and meetings.
  • Educate sales teams and clients on our workflows and product offerings.
  • Provide commercial support by collaborating with sales teams.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between BioPhase and its clientele.
  • Take on additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, molecular biology, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in chemistry, molecular biology, or a related scientific field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in molecular testing and sample preparation.
  • Proficiency in method and application development.
  • Strong understanding of sample preparation techniques for molecular applications.
  • Familiarity with the clinical research sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to establish credibility and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Capability to navigate a complex organizational structure with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and independent troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time.
