The Clinical Marketing Specialist will act as a key resource for the Clinical Marketing division at BioPhase. This role requires a blend of scientific knowledge and market analysis to pinpoint essential application requirements and to recognize trends and opportunities for market expansion, thereby assisting clients in advancing their research in clinical and molecular domains.

**Required Molecular Expertise**

Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)

Location: Orange County

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop molecular testing methodologies and workflows tailored for clinical research.
  • Design and implement experiments to support the launch of innovative products.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and leverage data/results for marketing initiatives.
  • Produce technical documents, application notes, articles, and promotional materials.
  • Deliver presentations on methodologies and workflows at industry conferences and meetings.
  • Educate sales teams and clients on our workflows and product offerings.
  • Provide commercial support by collaborating with sales teams.
  • Serve as a bridge between BioPhase and its clientele.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, molecular biology, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in chemistry, molecular biology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in molecular testing and sample preparation.
  • Proficiency in method and application development.
  • Strong understanding of sample preparation techniques for molecular applications.
  • Familiarity with the clinical research sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to establish credibility and foster positive professional relationships.
  • Capability to operate within a complex organizational structure alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and independent troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time.
