Role Summary

Rivian's Product Management team plays a critical role in shaping our customer experience. We strive to understand our customers' needs, behaviors, and emotions to inform our product design, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and determine research approaches
  • Design, test, and administer quantitative customer surveys
  • Analyze top-down customer experience metrics in cooperation with Product, Quality, and other Rivian stakeholders
  • Analyze and communicate critical insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to help teams stay nimble in dynamic environments
  • Develop regular executive and operational reporting on market share, ensuring consistency and accuracy of analysis
  • Lead the execution and synthesis of third-party customer research to support commercial initiatives
Qualifications
  • An innovative, customer-centric, and results-driven mindset and approach
  • Proven ability to tell compelling stories through data and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 5+ years of market and customer research experience in analyzing and synthesizing customer/consumer data
  • Strong marketing science, analytical, or statistics background
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capability
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • Occasionally requires nights/weekend work
  • Auto experience strongly preferred
