As a key member of our Enrollment Management division, you will provide front-line support to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Financial Aid, Records and Registration, and Student Tuition Services departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of student registrations, financial aid, and tuition payments.
  • Process student registrations, schedule revisions, and demographic updates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist students with financial aid workshops, transcript requests, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA regulations, ensuring the security and integrity of student records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including data entry, imaging, and indexing of student registration documents.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Seven years of related work experience, including cash handling and customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including occasional Saturdays, and travel to regional campus locations as needed.
