Pricing Expert Wanted

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical pricing expert to join our dynamic team at InterSystems. This role is pivotal in shaping pricing strategies for our SaaS and managed solutions by conducting thorough market research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and propose comprehensive B2B pricing strategies that reflect market conditions, enhance profitability, and support business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive pricing market analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Analyze economic trends and best practices related to pricing in the technology industry.
  • Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their pricing expectations and willingness to pay through structured market research.
  • Gather and analyze pricing data from sales teams to support internal strategic decisions.
  • Measure and report on product-level profitability, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and refine pricing models, ensuring they meet market needs and company goals.
  • Identify and evaluate market needs for strategic partnerships and technology solutions, guiding the decision-making process between building in-house versus buying or partnering.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, pricing analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in SaaS and managed services environments is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree minimum. A Master's degree is preferred.
