- Testing and Training: Assist in testing preparation and implementation of new applications, and support the development of training materials and facilitation of end-user training sessions.
- Operational Support: Contribute to the creation of operational support documentation and determine systems retirement/data archiving requirements.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete other ad-hoc tasks requested by the Principal Business Analyst.
- Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with business users, technical IT groups, project managers, senior management, outsourced service providers, and vendors.
- Business Analysis Experience: 5+ years' experience as a business analyst, with command of business analysis techniques and tools, as well as SDLC and iterative systems development methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
- Matrix Environment: Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11, and systems validation, with a preference for experience in the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Regulatory and/or Parexel Insight Manager knowledge is a plus.
- Qualifications: BA or BS required, with 5+ years of experience.
