We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Tax to join our dynamic tax department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our tax functions, including domestic tax compliance and income tax accounting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns, including gathering data, preparing workpapers, and performing account analysis and documentation
- Prepare federal and state tax estimates and extensions
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual ASC740 work papers
- Respond to inquiries from tax authorities in connection with tax examinations and/or notices
- Prepare various non-income tax returns, including sales & use, property, business license, etc.
- Maintain corporate compliance calendar
- Assist with other non-recurring domestic compliance or planning projects as needed
- 2-4 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or industry
- Experience with consolidated corporate federal and state tax return preparation
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in tax compliance software, online research tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong organization and communication skills
