About the Role

BioMed Realty is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Investments team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will provide investment underwriting, financial analysis, and transactional due diligence support for potential real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive investment underwriting processes, including financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence support.

Requirements
