About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Third Party (3P) Traffic Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing analytics initiatives to scale and improve our third party leads, clicks, and calls programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new partners to our platforms, investigate and resolve deviations in performance, and optimize campaigns in alignment with company goals.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in our bidding workflows, data asset management, and operational processes, then bring the changes to life.
  • Leverage your technical skills to automate operations, reporting, and modeling.
  • Collaborate with business development, product, engineering, and data science teams to drive desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, or demonstrated analytical and technical experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Proficient in data analysis and with an understanding of statistics; capable of using data to tell a story and drive change.
  • Expert in SQL and comfortable with database structures.
  • Previous experience in insurance or performance marketing is a plus.
