About the Role

BioMed Realty, a leading provider of real estate solutions to the life science and technology industries, is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Analyst to join our Cambridge team. As a key member of our Investments team, you will provide investment underwriting, financial analysis, and transactional due diligence support for potential real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive investment underwriting, including financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence
  • Prepare investment presentations for the Investment Committee
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and industry research to support investment opportunities
  • Manage transactional due diligence and communicate with counter parties
  • Collaborate with various departments to aggregate and share information for potential investments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field, with up to four years of commercial real estate, corporate finance, or investment banking experience
  • Financial modeling expertise and experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Organized and task-oriented, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
