About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Engineer to join our team at Ecoterres, a DEME group company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and developing sustainable solutions in the field of agronomy and soil fertility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement research programmes to improve agronomy and soil fertility practices
  • Conduct laboratory tests and pilot-scale tests to develop and deploy sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to advance our understanding of agronomy and soil fertility
  • Develop and implement laboratory test protocols to ensure quality control of recycled materials
  • Present research results to stakeholders and team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering, Agronomy, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French, and/or Dutch
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • 3-5 years' professional experience in a related field
