About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Openn Negotiation Limited. As a key member of our Business Development and Customer Success departments, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our current client portfolio and delivering exceptional results for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inbound lead management and nurturing
  2. Communicating daily with brokers, agents, and partners via email and phone, and driving new business
  3. Engage customers in meaningful and insightful dialogue that leads to creating action and business growth
  4. Use initiative to develop new methods, strategies, and techniques to improve business conversion and customer satisfaction
  5. Use data to work independently and assess opportunities
  6. Use data to drive discovery and conversion conversations
  7. Collaboration with Product, Training, Marketing, and Executive teams
Preferred Experience and Skills
  1. Previous experience selling SaaS solutions
  2. Practical experience within a business/sales environment across Proptech or Real estate industries
  3. Previous experience within a start-up / early-stage environment
  4. Excellent phone technique and output with a high call-to-conversion ratio with demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day
  5. Incredibly well organized and a problem solver
  6. Meticulous follow-up and follow-through
  7. Excellent writing and verbal skills as well as the confidence to present via webinar/video conference
  8. Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot is a plus)
