Senior Account Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Openn Negotiation Limited. As a key member of our Business Development and Customer Success departments, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our current client portfolio and delivering exceptional results for our users.
Key Responsibilities- Inbound lead management and nurturing
- Communicating daily with brokers, agents, and partners via email and phone, and driving new business
- Engage customers in meaningful and insightful dialogue that leads to creating action and business growth
- Use initiative to develop new methods, strategies, and techniques to improve business conversion and customer satisfaction
- Use data to work independently and assess opportunities
- Use data to drive discovery and conversion conversations
- Collaboration with Product, Training, Marketing, and Executive teams
- Previous experience selling SaaS solutions
- Practical experience within a business/sales environment across Proptech or Real estate industries
- Previous experience within a start-up / early-stage environment
- Excellent phone technique and output with a high call-to-conversion ratio with demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day
- Incredibly well organized and a problem solver
- Meticulous follow-up and follow-through
- Excellent writing and verbal skills as well as the confidence to present via webinar/video conference
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot is a plus)
