Job Summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Operations Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring, correlating, classifying, escalating, and managing situations that may impact our employees, assets, and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering credible threat calls from employees in field locations, assessing the situation, and looping in necessary parties
  • Using social media listening tools, traditional media, and other tools to monitor, track, and analyze events that may impact our customers or employees
  • Communicating market incidents to impacted teams in a timely and clear manner
  • Monitoring tools for incidents impacting employees traveling for work and communicating broadly when necessary
  • Using social listening tools to evaluate incidents occurring in proximity to field locations and notifying necessary teams
  • Communicating with large audiences, including varying degrees of seniority
  • Meticulously documenting incident alerts in real-time
  • Responding professionally and quickly to internal feedback and inquiries

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience as a business data specialist or performing similar functions
  • Experience supporting 24/7 operations
  • Experience working with sensitive information
  • Ability to make independent decisions within a broad procedural framework
  • Ability to multi-task and meet short-term and high-intensity deadlines
  • Ability to contribute to and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and function in a schedule working alone
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-sufficient, highly motivated, with a desire to learn new technologies and industries
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with consistency and reliability
  • Genuinely excited and enthusiastic about learning and pushing technical limits
  • Strong verbal and written communication with excellent English spelling and vocabulary
  • Maintain an affinity for technology solutions (hardware & software)
  • Brilliant internet research and social media skills
  • Knowledge of and interest in monitoring ongoing current events
