Client Support Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Incentives Team. As a key member of our team, you will serve as a contact for clients, customers, and third parties of assigned accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience and solid work tenure. You will be responsible for receiving, researching, and resolving client questions and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
The Client Support Specialist will also review fund transactions, maintain necessary documentation related to communications, and identify potential customer service issues with the Supervisor.
You will participate in creating and maintaining a high-quality work environment, providing continual feedback about process effectiveness, and suggesting improvements to area operations, efficiency, and service.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Required Skills:
- PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat)
- General mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks/priorities
- Ability to interpret various instructions in written or verbal form in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and/or customers in English
