As a Business Banking Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customer accounts, inquiries, and items related to client satisfaction with the U.S. Bank relationship.
  • Support sales teams in executing a One Bank strategy and growing market share.
  • Proactively identify potential problems, compliance issues, and maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically five or more years of job-related experience.
  • Considerable knowledge of departmental and bank products and services.

Salary Range
