About the Role

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving issues and addressing their concerns.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Data Management: You will manage and update customer data, including demographic information and billing details.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: You will analyze customer issues and develop solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • You must meet any licensing requirements necessary for your specific location.
  • Computer entry experience is essential.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
