Resource Innovations is in search of dedicated Customer Service / Data Entry Specialists to deliver processing and client support for various customers nationwide. The primary objective of the Resource Innovations Business Processing team is to enhance the efficiency, speed, and quality of application processing while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Utilities across the United States rely on Resource Innovations' Call Centers to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and engaging customer support, ranging from individual programs to comprehensive utility program portfolios. Every day, you will leave work knowing that your efforts have made a positive impact on the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and propose effective solutions.
  • Data Entry - accurately input data into various database systems.
  • Receive and organize data and source documents, ensuring proper compilation, sorting, interpretation, and verification of data for entry.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for applications, rebates, and other supporting documents.
  • Communicate effectively as part of a team-oriented approach with other departments to serve customers.
  • Engage in customer service activities, including responding to inquiries via email and phone.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and call handling in a customer-focused environment, while safeguarding confidential customer information.
  • Provide peer training and job shadowing support to colleagues as assigned.
  • Be willing to assist with any program within the department as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift as assigned within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry from a computer keyboard.
  • Familiarity with various Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive and customer-friendly demeanor.
  • Able to follow instructions as provided.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a data entry processing and customer-centric call center environment is preferred.
  • Background in energy efficiency or utility sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese is advantageous.
