Job Overview

Your Role

As an Advisor to the CEO at New Silver, you will play a critical role in providing strategic guidance, leadership, and oversight to support the company's growth and long-term success. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to shape the company's strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and maximize shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and governance oversight to the executive team, leveraging your industry expertise, insights, and network.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to the executive team, sharing best practices, insights, and lessons learned from your professional experience.
  • Participate actively in board meetings, committees, and strategic planning sessions to review performance, set objectives, and make informed decisions.
  • Advise on key business initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor financial performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess company health and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for New Silver within the industry, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success as a senior executive, founder (with a successful exit), board member, or strategic advisor within the fintech, finance, or real estate sectors.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, and executive leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, real estate, and technology trends.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and make sound decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
