Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive communications strategies for multiple client accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content, including executive bylines, media pitches, scientific key messages, and more
  • Foster long-term client relationships and cultivate ongoing media relationships
  • Develop and implement digital/social strategies for corporate, clinical trial recruitment, and patient advocacy initiatives
  • Partner with our creative team to deliver high-quality work across multiple platforms
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare industries, with a focus on communications and PR
  • Master's or PhD in a science field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to immerse oneself in the biotech industry and develop a deep understanding of our clients' work
  • Strong writing and editing abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for adapting writing style to fit different audiences and applications
  • Ability to lead and inspire a talented staff of professionals at all levels
  • Fantastic client service skills and a passion for building value for clients through strategic communications approaches
