Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Lead to join our team at MassMutual. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic partnerships with national brokerage firms, driving sales results and growth in the Voluntary Benefits space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national brokerage firms, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans to drive sales results and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and enhance existing relationships, extending the reach of Worksite products and services.
  • Act as the key representative of MassMutual at national and regional sales meetings and seminars.
  • Collaborate with marketing executives to create and develop effective sales ideas and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of related experience in sales and relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to influence decision makers and resolve complex deals.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
Compensation

$130k - $160k + targeted sales incentive of 65-110% of base.
