Business Development Representative

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our agency, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our State Farm Agent to build and develop customer relationships within the community.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to grow the business.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.

**Requirements**
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- A strong passion for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
- Self-motivation and a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
