Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or as a finance business partner.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong experience with ERP software, preferably Epicor P21.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger, cost accounting, budgeting, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Index Match, SUMIFS, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis and modeling, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Hands-on experience with complex data and predictive modeling is essential.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and predictive modeling is a plus.
  • Understanding of P&L and balance sheet dynamics.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields is preferred.
