Senior Meeting Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Meeting Coordinator to support the logistical planning and execution of meetings and conferences. This role will work closely with the meetings and conferences lead within Marketing Operations to ensure event goals and objectives are achieved while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistical planning, including event registrations, rooming lists, food and beverage, equipment, and other logistical requirements.
- Administer event contracts and purchase requests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify logistical needs and adhere to and track event budgets.
- Provide onsite support to ensure meetings and conference operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences and 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for building positive working relationships.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and vendors.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Flexibility to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with meeting planning tools such as Cvent preferred.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive annual base salary range of $99,200.00-$143,675.00, an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary, and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
