Job Title: Senior Logistician

At AdvantEdge Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistician to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing Waterfront Logistics support services for the Modernization Logistics Branch Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of critical material.
  • Identify and resolve logistics discrepancies and track and source high-priority requisitions.
  • Apply CM/logistics processes for documentation updates/revisions and change control management.
  • Provide ILS deliverables, conduct LOGSAT's, and oversee material for OBRP's, MAM's, Tech manuals, and Test equipment.
  • Track reconfigurations, baselines, and data management.
  • Utilize Navy logistics and CM applications such as CDMD-OA and OTS.
  • Interface with Project Engineers, LogReps, Engineers, Technicians, and Logisticians.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree and 7-10 years of Logistics experience or no degree and 9-12 years of experience.
  • Able to work independently and supervise the work of others.
  • Able to communicate expectations and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Able to function as a key member of the CNO availability team.
  • Able to continually track and expedite parts/shipments and coordinate with TYCOM and Item Managers.
  • Able to identify and resolve logistics discrepancies.
  • Able to apply CM/logistics processes.
  • Able to provide ILS deliverables.
  • Able to utilize Navy logistics and CM applications.
  • Able to interface with Project Engineers, LogReps, Engineers, Technicians, and Logisticians.
  • Able to write, speak, and understand English and able to write clear, detailed reports.
Preferred Skills:
  • Navy Logistics School and previous NAVSEA CM/Logistics experience.
  • 8-10 Years of direct LCS Logistics experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel if/when required.
