Position Summary:

Available Positions:
- Full Time: All Shifts
- Part Time / Per Diem: Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities:
The Resident Care Associate is responsible for meeting the needs of our residents, which includes:
  • Providing personal care and support to ensure the dignity and independence of each resident.
  • Delivering services as outlined in the individual service plans.
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and interactions.
  • Monitoring changes in residents' needs and health status, and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly environment for residents.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs as required.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • Completion of a certified nursing assistant program or equivalent training.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification as mandated by state regulations.
  • Prior experience in direct care or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to utilize computer systems for documentation and service tracking.
