Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls to ensure they feel seen and heard
  • Manage attorney schedules to foster caseload growth
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system
  • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
  • CRM and case management software experience a plus
  • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Previous legal experience highly valued
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
