About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our attorney clients, working closely with our processing and service department to ensure seamless support. Your primary focus will be on generating new business through networking, cold and warm calls, and follow-up calls. You will also be responsible for building relationships with attorneys and law firms, thinking creatively to develop ways to make Cartiga their go-to source for funding needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Network with lawyers and law firms to generate new business
  • Build relationships with attorneys and law firms to develop new business opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce tools to manage the sales process and maintain relevant activity, notes, and case status
  • Manage and maintain accounts, preparing emails, documents, and contracts while paying close attention to details
  • Work collaboratively with attorney clients and support teams to ensure plaintiffs funding applications and contracts are approved
  • Attend sales conferences and meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-5+ years of B2B sales, account management, and relationship building experience
  • Legal, medical, or financial services industry sales experience is a plus
  • Polished and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven by success, with a hunter mentality and a strong work ethic
  • Charismatic, collaborative, and able to develop relationships with various roles, including internal and external clients
  • Organized, dependable, and excellent time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and diligent note-taking/note-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or any CRM
  • Computer savvy and able to think quickly, problem-solve, and project confidence
  • Professional, takes pride in work, and has a strong work ethic
  • Dresses for success and is well-groomed in front of clients and at business events
  • Reliable transportation
