Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Premier Truck Rental, LLC. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving rental sales of light to medium-duty trucks from our fleet by achieving opportunity-based sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and foster relationships with clients to expand current customer accounts and obtain new customer accounts.
  • Maintain deep knowledge and understanding of each product line we offer and emphasize the features and benefits of our product offerings.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
  • Track and deliver on sales targets, analyze sales performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective business operations.
  • Travel a minimum of 50% within the territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site assessments and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of territory manager, regional account manager, regional sales manager, national sales manager, or outside sales experience.
  • Ability to convert prospects into closed sales via advanced sales strategy skillset.
  • Strong sales reporting, technical aptitude, and analysis skills required.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with personnel from all aspects of the business unit.
  • Ability to take initiative and uniquely motivated to anticipate obstacles and challenges while remaining solution-focused.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • High energy, fast-paced professional that is honest and operates with high ethical standards.
  • Strong PC skills; early adopter of technology a plus.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, communication, and follow-through skills.
