Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Apple Door Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of potential customers and partnering with them to complete their orders and coordinate installation of garage doors, entry doors, security and storm doors, pet doors, awnings, and other access products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to provide customers with product information and project plans, ensuring a seamless installation process.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure accurate and timely ordering of materials for installation.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and other team members regarding upcoming and ongoing installation/service jobs.
  • Provide customers with the necessary forms and documents to prepare for installation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and contractors as needed, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and company-sponsored events to build relationships and promote Apple Door Systems.
  • Travel through assigned territories to site-check customer residential and commercial properties, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Basic electrical and construction knowledge, or experience in a related field, is preferred.
  • Commercial door and access product experience is a plus.
