Job Overview

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our production team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet production goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Financial Management: Manage production budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance to senior management.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Management Experience: Proven track record of leading production teams and driving business growth.
  • Manufacturing Background: Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or related industries.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
