  • Operational Oversight: Approve daily operational plans and monitor key metrics, addressing any discrepancies to maintain high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety standards and maintain product integrity throughout the warehouse.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of warehouse facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Union Relations: Collaborate with HR and management in union environments to interpret agreements and resolve grievances.

Supervision:
Manage Warehouse Managers and a diverse team of warehouse associates, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, with a comprehensive understanding of methods and procedures.

Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of inventory management, OSHA, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warehouse management systems.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel (approximately 10%) for meetings and training sessions.

Education/Training:
Relevant certifications for equipment operation (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) are preferred.
