Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Guardant Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, leveraging your expertise to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions that meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Monitor and Analyze Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
  • Ensure Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Proven Business Development Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date on competitor activity and market developments.
