Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Area Manager to join our team at Cedar Point. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of associates and supervisors within the F&B operation, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage location P&L to optimize profit, control costs, and achieve financial goals.
  • Operate within established health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all associates.
  • Develop and achieve business plans, working closely with your Manager to drive results.
  • Ensure all associates are certified in Serve Safe Food Handler and necessary associates are certified in Serve Safe Manager / Alcohol.
  • Maintain financial performance, product production, personnel, training, guest service, and food safety standards in accordance with Cedar Point's and/or Franchise standards.
  • Effectively manage designated area locations, focusing on guest service and food quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience required.
  • ServeSafe/ServeSafe Alcohol certification required.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and background check, per Company policy.
