Job Summary:

As a Bar Attendant at Saucy Brew Works, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Your role will involve taking food and beverage orders accurately and courteously, responding to patrons' questions, and maintaining complete knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Takes food and beverage orders accurately and courteously
Responds to patrons' questions regarding food and beverage items
Maintains complete knowledge of and strictly abides by state liquor regulations
Makes drinks for patrons utilizing proper recipes, glassware, and garnishes
Handles purchasing transactions, including operating cash register and accounting of daily sales
Receives payment from patrons and makes change as needed
Clears and resets tables and bar area as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar setting preferred
Thorough knowledge of wines and beers served in bar, mixed drink preparation and techniques
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels

Work Environment:

As a Bar Attendant at Saucy Brew Works, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and utilize hand and finger dexterity.
