We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Spectrum. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to develop and execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and develop customized sales plans to address those needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers to showcase the value proposition of Spectrum's products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals with C-level executives, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to corporate executives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications services, including T1, PRI, SIP, and network security.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Expertise in translating technical information to clients.
- Experience selling to high-level management in various verticals.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
