Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Dealer Solutions and Design. As a key member of our Facility Project Division, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Establish an impactful presence at Industry events, conferences, and publications on behalf of DSD.
- 5+ years of experience in business development within the construction and/or design industry.
- Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong network of industry contacts and clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Products; Excel, PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel up to 50%.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
