About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Dealer Solutions and Design. As a key member of our Facility Project Division, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in facility projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Establish an impactful presence at Industry events, conferences, and publications on behalf of DSD.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development within the construction and/or design industry.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Products; Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
