  • Provide one-on-one support to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Gather and evaluate behavioral and skill development data
  • Engage in therapy sessions both in-home and within community settings
  • Work alongside a BCBA to execute treatment strategies
  • Uphold a professional demeanor and focus on achieving client goals

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as an ABA Therapist
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm, empathetic, and patient approach
