Customer Relationship Management Specialist

The CRM Specialist plays a crucial role in driving end-of-funnel revenue for ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, LLC. This position is responsible for ensuring the health and growth of our CRM email and customer database through continuous data hygiene and enrichment activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and run existing lead generation activities and programs, such as product registration, list sharing partnerships, sweepstakes, surveys, and digital or print email signup forms.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to grow a healthy email list through cross-department collaboration.
- Support and suggest CRM data hygiene initiatives such as deletion and enrichment.
- Create a monthly report on our US CRM contacts, including totals, sources, types (customers vs. leads), and engagement.
- Shape the overarching email and SMS schedule based on the ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, LLC marketing plan and send frequency.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop revenue-driving email content based on the ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, LLC marketing plan.
- Optimize content for delivery across devices and email clients, working with in-house and external partners to develop new HTML components and templates.
- Build, test, and deploy emails and SMS messages to targeted audiences.
- Drive revenue and new customer conversion by implementing lead nurturing journeys.
- Suggest and expand existing post-purchase journeys to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repurchase.
- Use engagement and LTV analytics to optimize reactivation efforts and develop new strategies.
Requirements:
- Passion for customer-centric marketing
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience (3+ years) in e-commerce, specifically in CRM, Email Marketing, or Retention
- Expertise in using CRM software, data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and email/ SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
- Creative thinking with a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
- Entrepreneurial attitude, and an exceptional team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs as necessary
Compensation Range: $60,000.00 per year contingent upon experience.
