Nurse Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing palliative care to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other medical treatments as needed
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to clinical or client services managers
- Document all care provided and maintain accurate records
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
