Sales and Marketing Specialist

The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in meeting and exceeding the company's business plan gross profit and revenue goals. This position is responsible for facilitating and directing the overall new business development, current sales, and customer service activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the plastics microelectronics industry and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate dialogue between customers and other necessary departments within the company regarding customer requirements and expectations.
- Provide support of customer service in managing customer expectations for delivery of parts and tooling.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and revenue trends for assigned customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing required. One to five years of experience in technical sales of high-value manufactured products preferred.
- Ability to read and understand specification drawings.
- Willingness to attend conferences, classes, or training to enhance and update knowledge and skills.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience.
