About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality dowels and related components for the road construction industry. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  5. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the road construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
