About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Stadiums and Arenas Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategies for Stadiums and Arenas Operations, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Oversee multiple disciplines, including Account Management, Client Services, Ticketing Strategy, and Sales, to ensure effective execution and delivery of contract obligations.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, develop and implement plans to achieve targets, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage Budgets and Financials: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor revenues and expenditures, and ensure financial performance meets company expectations.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, venues, agents, managers, and promoters to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the Company: Serve as a key representative of AEG, promoting our brand and values, and maintaining a strong industry presence through conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in live events management, with a proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, develop and implement strategic plans, and drive business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the live event industry, including industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
  • Financial Analysis: Proficiency in financial analysis, budget planning, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.
