As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the brewery, ensuring the highest quality products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily brewery operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train a team of brewery staff, including brewers, cellar workers, and customer service representatives.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, including marketing, sales, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, revenue, and expenses.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Represent the brewery at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a brewery manager, operations manager, or similar role in a high-volume brewery setting.
- Strong knowledge of brewery operations, including brewing, packaging, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

- Brewery management experience in a craft brewery setting.

- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of brewery safety protocols and regulations.
