Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist/Principal Scientist with expertise in protein formulation and analytical methodologies. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, and have a solid background in the biopharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute experiments for the formulation of early-stage biologics
  • Contribute to the development of analytical methods for research and development purposes
  • Conduct forced degradation and stability assessments
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data
  • Support external scientific collaborations
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration for effective problem resolution

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years of post-PhD or 10 years of post-MS experience in the industry
  • Proficiency with contemporary protein formulation technologies
  • Understanding of protein degradation mechanisms and stability principles
  • Familiarity with ICH guidelines
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Experience in lyophilized formulation and regulatory submissions is advantageous
