Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive training on our product offerings
- Maintain a thorough understanding of new motorcycle models
- Assist customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey
- Create exceptional vehicle-buying experiences
- Establish personal objectives and strategies to achieve productivity benchmarks
- Manage quotes, emails, voicemails, and administrative responsibilities
- Follow up with customers to cultivate sales opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Positive demeanor
- Willingness to interact with all customers
- Strong attendance record
- Proficient in basic computer and mobile device usage
- Able to work five days a week, including weekends
- Must possess a valid M1 license endorsement
- Professional appearance
- Genuine passion for motorcycles
