Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in comprehensive training on our product offerings
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of new motorcycle models
  • Assist customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey
  • Create exceptional vehicle-buying experiences
  • Establish personal objectives and strategies to achieve productivity benchmarks
  • Manage quotes, emails, voicemails, and administrative responsibilities
  • Follow up with customers to cultivate sales opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Positive demeanor
  • Willingness to interact with all customers
  • Strong attendance record
  • Proficient in basic computer and mobile device usage
  • Able to work five days a week, including weekends
  • Must possess a valid M1 license endorsement
  • Professional appearance
  • Genuine passion for motorcycles
