Job Summary:

Dart Container is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the New England region. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales by calling on an established network of distributors and prospecting for new business with end-users in the Western, MA; upstate NY Albany; and Northern CT areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end-users
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 18 months of recent outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reside in the Springfield, MA; Albany, NY; Hartford, CT; or Boston, MA area
