Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Bloomington Hyundai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers and create a loyal customer base
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be knowledgeable about our product offerings, including features, options, and latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to ensure referral business and meet sales targets
  • Work closely with the sales manager to achieve sales objectives and stay up-to-date on sales strategies

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Ability to learn and stay up-to-date on new product offerings and features
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
