**Responsibilities**

• Drive an increased number and quality of leads from digital properties through the use of content creation, inventory posting, and digital advertising.

• Interact with customers through digital nurturing to build relationships, maximize lead conversion, and offer a premium online experience.

• Assist and partner with Sales and Marketing Managers to discover, generate, qualify, and guide leads through the appropriate sales funnel through the use of personal and automated follow-up strategies.

• Assist and partner with Sales and Marketing Managers to discover, generate, qualify, and guide leads through offsite and in-store event promotion.

• Acquire and maintain Salesperson License in California (background check required upon offer of employment).

• Maintain adequate phone training results.

• Model superior customer service behavior by maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees, and management.
