ManTech is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as a DCGS All Source Field Service Representative. This role is critical in supporting the U.S. Marine Corps and ensuring the effectiveness of our defense systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive Field Support Representative (FSR) services for ManTech's C4ISR Sustainment initiative.
  • Document and manage problem reports utilizing Configuration Management Professional (CMPro).
  • Assist local commands with system upgrades, software enhancements, Maintenance Instructions (MIs), and overall system support.
  • Provide on-site assistance for NIWC-Atlantic and MARSYSCOM Program Office as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Candidates without a degree must possess extensive hands-on experience in training, evaluation procedures, curriculum management, and database management for C4ISR systems, including expertise in at least three of the following areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Possession of an active DoD TS/SCI clearance as indicated in DISS.
  • Proven expertise and leadership in C4ISR Program curriculum development, management, and instruction.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions, databases, and software link analysis tools such as Palantir, Advanced Analytics Technical Solutions (AATS), and ArcPro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey program objectives and produce clear, technically accurate documentation.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and providing technical support for end users of USMC Intel products.
  • Ability to load, configure, and resolve software and hardware issues.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in delivering training to end users on the operation and maintenance of USMC Intel systems, whether in a one-on-one setting or a formal classroom environment.
  • Familiarity with submitting and updating problem reports in a web-based software tracking system.
  • Possession of a minimal certification of CompTIA Security Plus - Continuous Education (CE).

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of maintaining a stationary position for extended periods.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $134,700-$224,700, influenced by factors such as relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications. ManTech also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, disability coverage, retirement savings, and various learning and development opportunities.
